Three developers. One focus.
We are a small remote team that builds internal software for mid-size companies. Inventory systems, CRM integrations, admin dashboards, the database migration nobody else wants to touch. Our clients are in the US, UK, Germany, Australia, and elsewhere. We started Pixel Systems because we kept seeing the same problem: companies that needed custom software but could not justify a full engineering hire. So we fill that gap, one project at a time.

Where We Work
Fully remote — clients in North America, Europe, and beyond
Project Model
Fixed-scope and fixed-price — no hourly billing
Contact
Day to Day
What it actually looks like to work with us.
You hear back fast
We check email in the morning and afternoon. Slack if you want real-time. Either way, you will not be chasing us for updates.
Price comes first
We send a number before we touch the keyboard. If it changes mid-project, we talk about it before sending an invoice.
Tech that lasts
Postgres. Node. React. Stuff that has been around for fifteen years and will be around for fifteen more. We do not experiment on client projects.
Everything documented
README in every repo. Comments where it matters. Architecture diagram if the system is complex. If you need to hand this off later, you can.
30 days of fixes included
After launch, we stick around. Bugs that are our fault get fixed for free. After that, optional retainer if you want us on call.
What Matters to Us
Not slogans. Just how we actually operate.
Ship it
A working feature in production beats a perfect spec in a Google Doc. We bias toward getting things live.
Answer the phone
Production down on a Saturday? Yeah, we deal with it. That is what you are paying for.
Think about later
Someone else will maintain this code eventually. We write it so they can actually understand it.
Turn down bad fits
If we cannot do a good job on your project, we will say so. It is better than taking your money and disappointing you.
