Before you call.
Most people want to know cost, timeline, and what they are actually getting. Fair questions. Here are the answers.
Who hires you?
Companies with 15 to 150 people, usually. Big enough to have real operational problems, small enough that hiring a full-time developer does not make sense. We have built systems for distributors, clinics, property managers, a couple manufacturing firms. The industry matters less than the problem.
How much will it cost?
Depends on the project. A simple integration between two systems might run $10k. A full internal tool with logins, dashboards, and reporting is more like $30k to $60k. We quote a fixed price before starting. If it takes longer than we expected, that is our problem.
How long until it is done?
Most projects take 6 to 10 weeks. A small automation script might be 2 to 3 weeks. A complex system with multiple moving parts could stretch to 3 or 4 months. We give realistic timelines. If your deadline is too tight, we will tell you upfront.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You know your business. You know what is broken. We figure out how to fix it. If we need technical input, we will ask specific questions. You do not need to understand code to have a useful conversation with us.
What do I get when you are done?
The working software, deployed. The source code in your GitHub. A video walkthrough explaining how everything works. README files and documentation. 30 days of free bug fixes. After that, you can hire us for maintenance or bring in someone else. The code is yours.
What systems can you connect to?
If it has an API, usually yes. We have worked with QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, various warehouse management systems, custom databases. If your system is older and does not have an API, there are sometimes workarounds. We will tell you if it is possible.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it over whenever. We sign them all the time. If you want it signed before the first call, that is fine.
Where are you located?
We are a remote team. Our clients are in the US, UK, Germany, Australia, and other countries. We schedule calls around your time zone and use async communication when it makes sense. Our mailing address is in Austin, TX if you need it for paperwork.
