Screen recording of someone on our team explaining the system. Where things live, how the pieces connect, what to do if something breaks. 15 to 30 minutes usually.

Bug fixes for 30 days
If we broke something, we fix it. Not new features. Not "can you also add this?" But real bugs that are our fault. Covered for the first month.
